The fifteen-minute documentary captures a time in Bellaire's history that will bring a smile to those who remember.

Learn about the efforts being made to save, restore and maintain the only surviving battleship to serve our country in both World War I and World War II.

“BHS 40th Anniversary”
As part of the celebration of the 40th Anniversary of Bellaire Historical Society, join long-time barber, Gordon Vann, as he recounts years of "barber shop talk" in Bellaire, TX. In 1957, an 18-year-old Gordon Vann was hired by Harry "Frenchy" Bonn to work at his barber shop. Today, you can still find Gordon working at the shop on Cedar Street, surrounded by early Bellaire pictures, antiques, and unique memorabilia.
